Q: If I need to have a package/mail sent or delivered to me while I am at the Resort, what address should I use?
A: Have the sender include your name, identifying you as a guest of the resort. They should then address it to you c/o: The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas, 6 Kai Ala Drive, Lahaina, Hawaii.

When it arrives, the Front Desk will contact you regarding your pick up of the package/mail.

Q: What are the driving directions to The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas from the Kahuliu Airport?
A:
  • Head north on Airport Road and then turn left onto Dairy Road.
  • This will connect to Highway 380 Huihelani Highway.
  • Turn left onto Highway 30 Honoapiilani Highway
  • Turn left on Kai Ala Drive.
  • Turn right into Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas entrance.

Q: Can I request daily cleaning service?
A: You can arrange for daily cleaning service and several other weekly services for an additional fee:
  • Daily full-service housekeeping
  • Towel service is available for $7 per day.
  • Sheets and Pillow Case service is available for $8 per day.
  • Trash service is available at no charge.

Q: What housekeeping services do I receive as an owner?
A: The resort's housekeeping staff will have your villas thoroughly cleaned prior to your check-in. They will also provide you with a mid-week cleaning, which includes replenishment of towels, tissues and bath soaps, bed make-up, a light kitchen touch-up and vacuuming of your villa.

The mid-week service is scheduled as follows:

  • If you checked in on Saturday, you will receive your mid-week service on Tuesday.
  • If you checked in on Sunday, you will receive your mid-week service on Wednesday.
If you need to change your scheduled day for mid-week service, there will be a small fee charged.

Q: Does the Resort offer a villa prestock service?
A: Yes, you may order groceries to be placed in your villa prior to arrival. In addition, the General Store offers assorted grocery staples and convenience items. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

To access a copy of the grocery order form, select "Our Resorts" (third button from the left on the top navigation bar of this website). Then select "The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas" and look under "Guest Services".

Q: How do I arrange for a crib and/or rollaway bed for our villa?
A: Cribs are available for owners' use at no cost on a first come, first served basis. Rollaway beds are available at no charge. If you need a crib or rollaway, it is best to request it prior to arrival at the resort.

Q: How is villa trash removal handled?
A: For trash service, please tie up your bag and place it outside your entry door, prior to 9am. Our associates will be happy to pick it up.

Q: What is the smoking policy?
A: Smoking is prohibited in the individual villas. Smoking is permitted on villa patios and balconies only.

Q: What size is the 2-Bedroom Lockoff Villa and what amenities are included?
A: The Resort offers a flexible 2-Bedroom Lockoff floor plan. The lockoff villas range from approximately 1,400 square feet and has a maximum occupancy of 8. The 2-Bedroom Lockoff Villa combines the 1-Bedroom Premium and the Studio Premium Villas. Amenities include:
  • Master bedroom with either 2 Double beds or a King-size Westin Heavenly Bed® on the
  • Premium 1-Bedroom side
  • King-size Westin Heavenly Bed® on the Premium Studio side
  • Two living room areas, each with a sleeper sofa (Queen in the 1-Bedroom; full in the Studio)
  • Breakfast bar with seating for two
  • Fully equipped kitchen on the 1-Bedroom side; kitchenette on Studio side
  • Washer and dryer
  • Armoire in living room equipped with color TV, DVD and stereo. Color TV in bedroom

A: A Premium 1-Bedroom Villa is approximately 900 square feet and has a maximum occupancy of 4. This is the larger portion of the 2-Bedroom Lockoff Villas. The Premium 1-Bedroom includes:

A: Owners at The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas receive selected access to the numerous amenities at the nearby Westin Maui Ka'anapali Beach Hotel. However, pool use at the Westin Maui is not permitted .

Q: Are there any children's activities available?
A: The "Keiki" Kids Kamp at the hotel offers programs for children from age 5 to age 12. Activities are designed to introduce children to Hawaiian culture and traditions.

Day Kamp is offered daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $45 per child. Half-day rates are $25.50.
The cost of the program includes activities and lunch.

Activities include lei-making, arts and crafts, swimming, movies, board games and video games.

Located on the lobby level of The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas across from the General Store.

Q: What spa services does the Resort offer?
A: Experience a day of rejuvenation in our full-service Health Club and Spa located on the Mezzanine level of the Beach Tower in The Westin Maui Ka'anapali Beach Hotel. The club is open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. to all owners over 15 years of age. Work-out facilities feature state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Our co-ed spa includes a steam room, sauna and hydrotherapy pool. To make reservations for massage, facial, body wrap and full Salon services, call 2399 upon arrival.

Q: What Salon services are available?
A: The Westin Maui full-service Salon offers a range of services and an experienced staff to help you look your personal best. Services available include: hair design, complete color services, make-up and nail treatments. Hand and nail services are also available poolside. Reservations can be made daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at extension 2399.

Q: How many pools does the Resort offer?
A: Currently, the resort offers 1 pool including a separate kiddie pool. Please note, guests of Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas are not permitted to use the pools at the Westin Maui.

Q: Is there beach access?
A: Yes, beach access is available by boardwalk directly from the Resort. The natural beauty of Hawaii's beaches may be accompanied by adverse ocean conditions that require you to act with caution to avoid injury. The beach in front of The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas is public property and is not controlled or patrolled by the Resort. There are no lifeguards.

For daily surf, ocean conditions and warnings, please consult the information boards located near the beach walk or ask one of our Recreation Staff.

Entering the ocean is always at your own risk. For your own safety always exercise cautions.

Q: Do you have a fitness center at the Resort?
A: The Resort offers a workout facility featuring the Westin Workout Cardio Theater located in the basement level of the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas. It is open 24 hours daily with guest room key access.

There is also the Westin Workout (SM) fitness center at the Westin Maui that features state-of-the-art strength equipment, free weights, StairMaster® machines, treadmills and LifeCycles®. Personal trainers are available upon request.

Q: What golf facilities are available at the Resort?
A: Owners have easy access to the challenging North and South Ka'anapali Golf Courses with 36 holes of Hawaii's finest golf. The Ka'anapali Golf Courses feature a clubhouse, pro shop and driving range. Please call our Vacation Services Desk at ext. 3254 for information regarding tee times and transportation to these and other Maui golf courses.

Q: Is there a store at the Resort?
A: The General Store, located at the Resort, offers assorted grocery staples and convenience items. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Ocean Commotion is located adjacent to the pool at The Westin Maui hotel. It features Westin Maui logo wear, suntan supplies, disposable cameras and other beach and pool necessities. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards and beach cabanas are also available for rent.

Q: What does the Business Center provide?
A: The Business Center at the Resort is complimentary for our owners. We offer high-speed Internet access, as well as faxing and printing capabilities. It is open from 7a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

The Aloha Business Center at the Westin Maui provides a full range of equipment and services for your business needs including computer workstations, copiers, faxes, courier services and a video teleconference room. The Aloha Business Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Q: What can the Vacation Services Desk help me with?
A: Our Vacation Services staff are available frim 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. to assist in making your stay on Maui enjoyable. These knowledgeable hosts will assist you with dining and golf reservations as well as provide information regarding resort activities and special events throughout the islands.

Q: Are safe deposit boxes available?
A: Yes! Please use either the in-wall vault in your villa or the complimentary Safe Deposit Boxes available at the Front Desk at the hotel. Please don't leave valuables unprotected in your villa.

Under state law, the hotel is not responsible for loss, unless articles have been secured properly in these boxes.

Q: Is valet drying cleaning service available?
A: Laundry and valet services are available daily. All laundry and valet requests received by 9 a.m. will be returned the following day at 9 a.m. Laundry bags are located in your closet. Call Service Express? for pickup or additional laundry bags.

Q: Are there set times for check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation in observing the 10 a.m. check-out time so that we may service the villa for our newly arriving guests. If your traveling schedule does not coincide with our check-out time, the Front Desk staff will be happy to temporarily store your luggage. You can then enjoy the resort's recreational facilities until your departure from the resort. We also have facilities to store perishable items.

We welcome you to utilize the hospitality lounge for your comfort and relaxation until you are ready to depart property.

Q: What restaurants are available at the Resort?
A: The Ocean Pool Bar & Grill, and the Puukolii General Store offer onsite dining.
Enjoy drinks and casual dining at the Ocean Pool Bar & Grill from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m. Lunch and dinner menus offer a variety of pupus, entrees and desserts including coconut breaded shrimp, sushi, sashimi, soups, salads, steaks, shrimp scampi, pasta and hamburgers.

The Puukolii General Store offers a breakfast buffet or a la carte from 6:30am to 10:30am. Take-out homemade thin-crust pizza is available from 5pm to 7:30pm.

Q: Can I bring my pet with me?
A: Unfortunately, no. One of your owners association rules is that pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals allowed under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our Guest Services staff can help you arrange for boarding your pet at a nearby facility.
